Financial Assistance Programs

Dear Families,

Welcome to Unity School’s tuition and financial assistance program. We understand the importance of quality education, and we are committed to making it accessible to our community. Please carefully review financial assistance options below.

State Scholarships

We are requesting that every financial aid family also apply or renew for the State of Florida Scholarships for Private Schools Program for the 2025-2026 school year. To learn more and how to apply, click the link below. State scholarship awards will be considered in your financial aid calculation. These funds will be applied toward tuition only. Unity School participates in the FTC & FES-EO scholarships.

Financial Aid

Families seeking financial aid from the school must file an application through the Independent School Management Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) Program. FAST provides Unity School with a need-based financial aid analysis service which ensures that our process for establishing financial need adheres to nationally established standards of best practice.

Critical Highlights

  • The deadline to apply for returning students is January 31, 2025. There is no filing deadline for new students, but you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible due to limited funds. Unity School requires new and returning students to be enrolled prior to their application being processed.
  • Financial Aid grants are made for one year only and, therefore, you must reapply each year. Aid is available to Kindergarten – Grade 8 only.
  • Financial Aid notification for returning students will be February 28th. Because financial aid funds are limited, late filing of materials may result in non-renewal of a financial aid grant.

FAST Application

  • You may navigate in and out of the program, allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time.  FAST has a 24/7/365 helpline available to you should you have any questions, which can be reached by calling 1-877-326-FAST (3278). The charge for the application is $53 and to be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) after all sections have been completed. After completing the online application you will be required to upload your 2023 tax documents (Federal taxes including all schedules, State taxes and W-2’s to FAST for verification purposes.
